Wolfram Super Blue has high hardness for a low allow carbon steel coming in at an estimated 64 HRc after tempering.
Makes great steel for an all around chef knife in slicing and chopping tasks. I would avoid chopping extra hard things like bones or very hard squash as the high hardness also comes with reduced toughness compared to steels like 80Crv2 of my Damascus.
